Hello @Brid13
Hopefully I can help. Just swipe the Fitbit App up to force shut the app if you can. Now turn off your phone for 1-2 mins then turn your phone back on. Now try getting back on the Fitbit App.
😃 Hopefully that fixes the issue. Please let me know if this does indeed answer your question and get you back up and running again.
Best AnswerI can’t swipe to shut it as it doesn’t appear to be open. When I try to open it, it goes white for a second and then brings me back to home screen. I’ve turned off my phone after deleting it and reinstalled it but no joy. Thanks for trying to help.
Best AnswerCan you look here to check your phones compatible with Fitbit: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices
Sometimes if your using a mobile device that’s not in the Fitbit compatibility list ( I’ve seen and read here on this forum) that sometimes you can get things to work but it doesn’t promise it will work all the time. Or something will work while other things won’t. Does that make sense? is your mobile device currently either
