I can’t get the app to open on iPhone or iPad. I have spoken to apple help line and they asked me to reach out to you.

Hello @Fitday19 

 

What version is your iPhone and your iPad? I need to know if either one of these devices are compatible with the Fitbit App. You can check here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3AiOS&fs=Search&pn=1

If your iPhone and/or the iPad is compatible make sure that you only download the app from the Apple App Store. 

Please let me know if your app is compatible first 😉
