Fl3x 2 alarms no longer working since app upgrade

As above, since the app upgrade the silent alarm function on my flex 2 no longer reliably works. Seems to get stuck on syncing. Any suggestions on how to resolve it as I depend on this for work everyday and don't want to go back to a noisy alarm?

How do you even set the alarm with the new Dashboard?

With a lot of faff. Instead of now being able to get to the alarm with a single click you have to click through multiple screens, starting with your account icon and then selecting device.

 

Unless it sorts itself out soon, I'm going to leave fitbit for another device. Stuck with them because the Flex 2 is one of the few devices available that can be worn discretely and doesn't look like a watch so I can wear a dress watch but a functioning alarm is a vital feature.

Hi, did you get this resolved?  I have been having the same problem with my charge 3 ever since I upgraded to the new IOS app.

Yes, I have to go into settings. One extra step.

Go to the symbol on the top left and click it. Then click your fit bit, mine says Alta HR. Then go below to silent alarms.
