iOS 13 + 3.6.1. No bluetooth

Just updated to OS 13 on my iPhone and updated Fitbit app to version 3.6.1. The very first time opening the app afterward, my Charge 2 will not sync and the app presents a message to turn Bluetooth on. It is already on, so I chose to “forget device” so I could reconnect my Charge 2 to Bluetooth and now it can’t find it at all.

Any ideas? Could this be a bug due to the new versions? I’ve tried closing the app, rebooting, etc. have not deleted the Fitbit app because I don’t want to lose my

data. Thank you.

Solved my own problem. Per a link and suggestion in another help thread, installing ios13 turned off “Bluetooth sharing” in the settings > Fitbit menu on the phone.
