Hi; I woke this morning, went to sync my Inspire with my iPhone - the app wouldn't let me - it simply kept shutting down. So, I've deleted the app and reinstalled, and now it lets me in, but when I go to sync it will not complete the sync. I'm on the latest iPhone OS.

Hi @rooak there is another thread about this where Fitbit posted that uninstalling/reinstalling the app might resolve the issue. This appears to be an issue with the iOS 13.5 update Apple released. Some sites are posting about this online, and it seems like other apps such as Youtube are affected. If you keep having problems, you might want to reach out to Apple Support.
