Hello @amit_ thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, have a warm welcome!

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this situation, however it will be very helpful for us to get more information and details so we can check this further, so please reply to us with the following:

  1. Are you using and iPhone or an iPad?
  2. Which model are you using?
  3. Which OS version is your mobile device running?

Additionally, a screenshot will be very helpful as well.

Hello @amit_ I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply with the information requested.

At this moment, I'll forward your information to our team so they can take a better look at this. Once we have more information to share, we'll make sure to post it here in the official Forums.

In the meantime, I would like to suggest you to force-quit the Fitbit app if it appears in landscape mode, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to work, try uninstalling and res installing the app. Note that if you haven't synced your device lately, if you uninstall the app some data that hasn't synced yet, might get deleted so, if you'd like to try this, please sync your Fitbit device beforehand.

Thanks for your patience, give this a try and let us know the outcome.
