Are Quick Replies available on iOS?

Just noticed that my iOS App seems to be showing Quick Replies - I’m sure this is a new feature because can’t recall seeing it before. Can anyone explain what this is and is it currently working ? 5CBDC3CE-CA74-41B7-A3EB-0942BEAD8C94.jpeg

Hello @Kostas92, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. It's nice to see you too @Gdancer89, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

@Kostas92, I sincerely apologize for the delay in the response. You can locate Quick Replies by tapping on Account > Your Device > Notifications. In here you will be able to see this feature. As @Gdancer89 mentioned, this feature is not yet available for iOS completely, for the time being it only works for messages received through the Fitbit app.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, have a great day.

I had a Samsung s8 (hubbys) for a couple days and on my Fitbit, I was able to reply, ignore, or open the message on my phone. But I have iPhone, and I don’t have any of those options even though it’s set up in the Fitbit app! I got this watch specifically for replying without having to pull my phone out😭

Hello @Elenams thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to have you on board.

Tell me, have you sent or received any messages through the Fitbit app? If so, could you please go to App Notifications and make sure "Fitbit" is enabled on this list? After enabling it, go back to the Dashboard screen and sync your Versa. Go back to Notifications and check if the option for Quick Replies has been enabled, if not, please force-quit the app and try again. If this doesn't work, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Please note that these Quick Replies will only work for messages someone send you through the Fitbit app; Quick Replies on iOS do not work for messaging or other apps.

Thanks for your understanding, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Are quick replies really not able to be used if you have an iPhone? The quick reply is greyed out. If this is the case how misleading I was told you are able to quick reply on this watch.. feeling like I’ve wasted my money

Quick replies works only with Android phone.

Why only Samsung? I need to take this back then it doesn’t make any sense and it was a waste of money.
