Auto sync

Since switching to an iPhone, my Fitbit no longer syncs automatically every hour like it did with my Android phone.

Hi @hma12,

For clarification, have you turned All-Day Sync on in the Fitbit iOS App? If not, you can do it by: clicking the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > click the tile with your tracker at the top > scroll to the bottom and make sure all-day sync is toggle on.

Yes. The all day sync is on. Also, I know somebody else with this same problem. Sent from my iPhone
