HI,
I received a fitbit Cahrge recently. In an attempt to set it up, i tried downloading the IOS App however i'm unable to as i live outside the US. Is there any solution to this, instead of using other third party apps.
Also, please advise how i am supposed to change the time indicated? the Time zone is set up to Colombo +5000 however the time displayed is wrong.

Another Community user has found a successful workaround for downloading the App outside of the regional restrictions, you can check out what worked for him here.
Also, I'd recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. Click here for instructions.
After you have your tracker re-paired to your account, I'd recommend selecting your preferred timezone and then syncing for the changes to take effect.
