Latest iOS version, latest Fitbit version. On the last 2 (or 3?) versions of the Fitbit app, whenever I try to scan a barcode for food entry, I tap save, and nothing happens. I always have to hit cancel instead. It saves the food, but the save button is not working. I've already tried reinstalling the app as recently as yesterday.

Hello there @SunsetRunner! Thank you for reporting this, I appreciate the time you took to work on this. Besides uninstalling and reinsalling your Fitbit app, you also need to try to force quit your app and phone as well. I'd like to know if you already tried to make sure that your touch screen is working fine. Do you have the same inconvenience with other apps or options on your phone?
See you soon!

No, just the Fitbit app has this problem. Once I scan a barcode, it will not do anything. I've tried force quitting as well. Touchscreen works fine in all of the other apps.

@SunsetRunner I hope you're doing well! Make sure you have the Fitbit app updated to its latest version (follow @MarreFitbit's steps). Then, log out from the app, reboot your phone, and log back into the Fitbit app. It should work properly after doing that.
Let me know how it goes!
