New Surge user here (3wks) and biggest complaint is app crashes a lot but never makes user aware and last but not least band and app either take a long time to sync or never do. Nothing worse than band says you went five miles but app has right measurement of 7miles when not crashing. Need to fix asap.

Hey there @Kurtpimentel. Good to see you in the Community!

 

I'm sorry you're having these problems with the app and I've not really heard many people reporting this so in your situation, I would recommend force quitting or even uninstalling and re installing the app to see if this makes any difference.

 

Also, to make sure that your tracker and app will sync faster, try to restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until it turns off and comes back on and then try to get it to sync.
