I have charged my charge 2 and the display shows it is fully charged, but my iphone6s and my computer shows the battery life as half full. How do I get my phone and computer to show full life?

Hmmmm, @Germain2. Sorry about the mixed info! The iPhone and computer both show the same battery status right? How about your steps? Is the same number on your Charge 2, the iPhone and the computer? Or are they different?
I would suggest you remove the Charge 2 from your account on your iPhone. Power the phone off completely ... wait a few minutes ... then power it back on.
Next, go to Fitbit on your computer. Be sure to start with your computer OFF ... turn it back on ... open Fitbit and just to be thorough, refresh your browser page.
At this point, restart your Charge 2. (Instructions are here) then add it to your Fitbit account, using the Fitbit app on your iPhone. At this point, everything on your Charge 2 should agree with what is on the Fitbit app.
Next, refresh the browser on your computer and verify that everything there matches what is on you Charge 2 and iPhone. I apologize if this seems pretty complicated but if you follow the steps, this should straighten out the glitch in the sync. Please let me know how it goes.

Hi,
Thank you for responding to my question. My Fitbit 2 is now working ok and shows the correct amount of battery on all my equipment.
Thank you for your help

But don't think you are alone in noticing the discrepancy between the device and app and web dashboard.
After a day after charging my Alta HR, with the onboard battery icon showing about 90%, the app and dashboard show less than 75% and the color yellow. I have had them show less than 20% and red with 40% left on the battery icon after 4 days.
It is almost like the app and dashboard are estimating using the fact I have all-day sync on instead of getting a battery status report straight from the device.
Oh well.
All I can say is "Trust the device, Luke."
I do.
Welcome to the boards.
