Same issue for me with my 13 Pro & latest Fitbit app. Have to force quit the app on my phone in order to see current batter percentage.

Hey @jimmym12 - the short answer is - as of yet there is no solution - as mentioned Fitbit is aware of the bug and is working on it - however, don't hold your breath - I was told the same thing about another issue over 6 months ago and still no fix - the easiest/quickest work-around is to close the app and start it again

I agree with the others and am having the same issue. I thought mine had something to do with upgrading to Premium as the problem seemed to start at that time. Maybe I did an update at the same time. Either way the battery percentage isn’t in sync between watch and phone.

Until Fitbit corrects this issue - this is the easiest / quickest work around I found - close and re-open the app

I agree I think they need to do another update on the app because there is a bug that’s causing this because I’m still having issues I’ve tried everything they told me to do I have to get in and out of app to correct

The way I have to fix mine as you have to get in and out of the app to re sync it and that will correct it just for now Until they can have a fix on this support can’t fix it yet they don’t know what’s going on I think they need to update the app

@Jules0319 @Electromanjim @jimmym12 @obie4 @Jcs1253
As Electroman stated - it's just a temp fix - you'll need to do it every time you want and accurate battery level - you can always just check the battery on the Fitbit device. I have an Inspire 2 so I know the batt is good for at least a week -
