My Fitbit battery is not being charged when I connect it to my laptop. It still remains at 35% even after 2 hours.

Does your laptop have a different USB port you could try? Alternatively you could try a UL certified cell phone charger.

Is your laptop awake? In most cases a computer USB port will not deliver charge unless the computer is awake.
