The app says my Fitbit battery is dead, but the Fitbit is showing full battery when I plug it into my computer

A warm welcome to our new friend @Tiger16! It's great to have you here! Woman WinkHey, I'd suggest you sync your tracker with your iOS device and also I'd like to add that to make sure you're charging your tracker correctly you can follow the steps provided here.
