Bedtime reminder won't turn off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

It's been a while that is driving me crazy.. Every day at 00.30 I get a notification like it's time to go to sleep.

I checked and everything is turned off, no sleep goals, nothing.

I've even un synchronized my blaze, deleted the app and still nothing.

How can I fix this? It's absurdity but about a bedtime reminder that wakes you up.

@Qonix, you've certainly done a lot of good trouble shooting! I have one last suggestion. Reset your Blaze. Tap Here for instructions. Do it 2 or 3 times. As long as all the sleep options are turned off in your Account section, this should do the trick. Please let us know if it does not.

Tried but as I thought isn't a problem of my blaze as I'm getting this push notifications on my phone

Other than contacting Support, the only idea I can think of is this. It's out of the box thinking, but maybe it will do the trick.

Open the the app and select Account > Sleep.

 - Set a sleep goal of seven hours.

 - For Target Sleep Schedule, set bedtime for about a half hour before you normally retire.

 - Set Wake Up Time for 8 hours later.

 - Set Bedtime Reminder at OFF

Tap Account to go back. Sync your device

Next, go back to Account > Sleep. Tap the three dots at the upper, right of the screen. Remove your sleep goal, bedtime and wake up time. Leave reminder at off. Tap Account to go back. Sync your device.

Hopefully this will do the trick for you. If not, then contact Support.

@Qonix - I just discovered that the iPhone has a feature that allows you to set reminders to go to sleep. This is separate from the Fitbit app. Please check to make sure the iPhone feature is off. To do this:

  1. Press the home button.
  2. Swipe up from the bottom to reveal the clock icon.IMG_0027.JPG
  3. Next, you will see the Sleep icon. Work with that to make sure it is not set to give you an alarm.IMG_0028.JPG

The notification is still there.. Regarding the other solution it has nothing to do with fitbit, however I have it turned off by default

I have the same issue. I tried all the suggested in this thread, but nothing worked either.
