Steps not adding to 7-day total after syncing

Anyone else still having issues

it was working up until a couple of days ago on 9/15/2020.  I walk and sync my phone with  my versa2 in syncs but does not add my steps to my total for the 7 day total.  I have done all and I mean all troubleshooting. Still does not work.  So who ever is reading this please let tech support there is issues.  It seems fitbit add new things and the whole thing goes up in smoke haywire what every you want to call it.  This is a monthly to visit monthly problem you guys.  Telling me to do all these troubleshooting problems when it has NOTHING to do on my end!!! Done numerous numerous numerous times... did I mention NUMEROUS!!!! I think Did!!!
my question to you is when Will fitbit take responsibility that this is there doing not “us as Consumers”!!!! just saying!!!

I totally understand how you are feeling and I am glad to assist you. I appreciate your feedback, I understand that this can be very frustrating, our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome. In order to confirm the issue, could you please let me know if the steps are not being added when you check the leaderboard by tapping Community > Friends? Please also confirm if you've tried the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If you are writing about this screen, then in my app, it updates dynamically with both "Today" and "This Week" incrementing with each step. No need to sync. Not saying you don't have an issue, but that syncing should not be required.

 this is the issues I am still having.  These were taking last week. I am and I am still having issues.  I have taking all the necessary steps that you listed above numerous numerous times I can’t count how many times.  I even did it again on 9/24/2020 5am

I have the most current update on my iPhone8plus and the most current fitbit update as well.

As f 9/25/2020 it still is not syncing like it should.! 
i have continued to do all those steps mentioned several several times every day and nothing.!!
