It's been a while that is driving me crazy.. Every day at 00.30 I get a notification like it's time to go to sleep.
I checked and everything is turned off, no sleep goals, nothing.
I've even un synchronized my blaze, deleted the app and still nothing.
How can I fix this? It's absurdity but about a bedtime reminder that wakes you up.
Best AnswerOther than contacting Support, the only idea I can think of is this. It's out of the box thinking, but maybe it will do the trick.
Open the the app and select Account > Sleep.
- Set a sleep goal of seven hours.
- For Target Sleep Schedule, set bedtime for about a half hour before you normally retire.
- Set Wake Up Time for 8 hours later.
- Set Bedtime Reminder at OFF
Tap Account to go back. Sync your device.
Next, go back to Account > Sleep. Tap the three dots at the upper, right of the screen. Remove your sleep goal, bedtime and wake up time. Leave reminder at off. Tap Account to go back. Sync your device.
Hopefully this will do the trick for you. If not, then contact Support.
@Qonix - I just discovered that the iPhone has a feature that allows you to set reminders to go to sleep. This is separate from the Fitbit app. Please check to make sure the iPhone feature is off. To do this:
Best AnswerThe notification is still there.. Regarding the other solution it has nothing to do with fitbit, however I have it turned off by default
