Hi does anyone know how i can join fitbit's beta test program for apps and hardware testing?
i have been an active beta tester with the market leading sat-nav manufacturer tomtom for the last 4 years and would be interested in improving the fitbit apps and hardware and new feature suggestions.

Hello @Chris_wales, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around. ![]()
Thank you for your interest in being part of our team as a hardware tester. At this moment my recommendation would be visiting our Field testing site and create an account. Our profile questionnaire will gather information that helps us identify the right people for various tests. If you are a fit, you will be directly contacted by our Field Testing Team.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted. ![]()

Hi The above mentioned link for @field Testing Team is not working. I was able to register my self @ beta.fitbit.com months before but till now didn't recive any testing opportunity or testing related information.
Best AnswerThey’ll post opportunities as they become available.
Best AnswerTrying to register/login and my only options are "login with certify" and "use a key".
Login wit certify - doesn't work with my normal fitbit signing details

There should be a “Create Account” button on beta.fitbit.com
Best AnswerI'm curious. I would like to sign up to be a field tester, but when going to the site referenced here:
https://fieldtesting.fitbit.com/welcome/
There is no place in which to actually sign up. Am I missing something? There isn't anything on the site that states testing is closed.
Thank you!
Best AnswerI tried the field test site and could not log in
Best AnswerI'm trying to log in and it says it's sending a mobile authenticator and I'm not getting anything on my mobile device. I signed up on the Beta Team, how can I check my status?
Best AnswerI was able to sign up for Beta testing after I had 2 very "Weird" issues back to back. I love the idea of helping a company after they push updates to see what got "broken" in the process. 🤣 It happens. I Beta test as a volunteer for Practice Management software, Target APP, XM Radio App, basically any APP that gets glitchy and I call them out on it/Tell them there is a problem and how to recreate i on the "backend" so they can better understand and fix.
Thank you for your answer. without it, I would not have even known it was an option. The Chat personnel told me about becoming a beta tester after showing her the issues and proposed fixes.
Best Answer@TwistMyMind answer worked (see below). This link does not anymore. It's expired. The other link allows for set up and waiting for an email.
