I updated the Fitbit app last night and now all I get is a blank screen. I am on IOS 10. I saw some posts that said to delete the app and reinstall. Will I lose all my data if I do this?

Hello @Cdesant, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
This seems like a very odd situation, when did you update the Fitbit app? Please note that it's recommended that you update your phone to the latest OS version as well, currently 11.0.1.
Now, about uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app; don't worry, all the information previously stored in your account will still be available until the last sync you performed. However before trying this I would like to suggest you to force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hello @Cdesant, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and let me know your issue has now been resolved. It's nice to see you around too @SamCat.
@SamCat, have you tried to force-close the Fitbit app and restart your phone lately? If so, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app to check if the blank screen is still appearing in the app.
@Cdesant in case you have some spare time, I would like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members and if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.

I am having the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I am on iOS 11. When I go to open my Fitbit app, the fit bit logo appears on the top of the screen and then the whole entire page goes blank. It absolutely will not update or move from the blank screen. Any suggestions?

Hello @Marthafocker613, thanks for joining the conversation, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment I would like to ask you to force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
In case this doesn't work, would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see when you open the Fitbit app? That will be very helpful for me to check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can help you with please feel free to reply as well.

Mine is doing the same thing, even after a force stop and phone reboot.

Hello @Dsa282s, I hope you're doing well, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
At this moment if the app on your phone is still showing a blank screen when you open it, please force-close it once again, then turn off WiFi and Bluetooth from the settings on your phone (not through Control Center) and open the app again and check if this time the app shows you information. If it does, turn on WiFi and Bluetooth once again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
