Blank screen when clicking on account

My app is up to date as well as software on my iPhone. However when I click on my account button it doesn’t load, it just comes up with a blank screen. Any suggestions on how to sort this out?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
