Blaze Notifications

I was receiving call and text notifications on my blaze and one day last week when scrolling on my blaze I had something pop up and ask if I wanted to turn off notifications. I accidentally hit yes. Now I can't figure out how to turn the notifications back on. I've been through all the steps that I know of; Bluetooth, forget this device, paired again, turn off notifications and turn back on... What am I missing?
