Blaze - Text & Call Notification problem

Hi there, I have a brand new Blaze, 5 hours old... barely. I have an iPhone 6, latest iOS. Phone and Fitbit sync'd perfectly, and I get calendar notifiations, but zero text and call notifications. Hard restarted both app, entire phone and blaze, no dice, still refuses to work. bluetooth connection seems solid as well, no other devices interferring with it.

Welcome to the Community @agreen246. I would like to know if you keep having problems receiving call and text notifications? If you do, please verify that these options are on by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

 

1. Tap Blaze

2. Tap Notifications

3. Select call and text

4. Sync
