Blaze - Text & Call Notification problem

When I get a text message or a call. The watch vibrates but does not turn on.
I must to press the screen or a button to see who is calling.

This is a problem or is this normal?

Why the watch does not light alone during a call?

Welcome to the Community @NeoxXx. Do you have your quick view option set in "On"? If  you don't, I recommend setting it in "Auto" or "On". So at the moment of receiving a call your Blaze will illuminate when you raise your hand. Keep in mind that you need to raise your hand in order to see the incoming call or text.
