Blaze and iPhone6 won't sync

Hi! I've been having trouble with my Blaze and syncing pretty much since I got it. I finally got my phone to find it so I could set it up, but now they won't sync. My phone keeps searching. I've tried restarting the phone and the Blaze, disabling Bluetooth on the phone, plugging the blaze into a computer...nothing works! I can't seem to get the Bluetooth Classic to stay on "Pair".

Hello @rbommarito, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Thank you for trying some troubleshooting steps beforehand, please keep in mind that Bluetooth Classic will only pair if you have set up music control for your Blaze. Your tracker will also show in the Bluetooth settings on your phone if Notifications have been set up, if it's not on this list, don't worry, your tracker should be able to sync through the Fitbit app, not necessarily from the Bluetooth on your phone.

However, if your tracker is not syncing, please make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the syncing process, then try to set up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Restart your Blaze once again by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  6. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, please give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
