Blaze has stopped tracking??!!

I have owned my blaze since July and has been working fine. The past couple of days I have noticed it's not been working properly. I charged it this afternoon as it ran out of battery, however since its come back on its not tracking heart rate, steps nothing. I have tried resetting it but this has still not worked plus the full battery it had earlier is now in nearly empty again so it appears to be draining quickly. Has anyone experienced this and what can try to resolve this issue please.

@Page2010  Are you sure your tracker is still paired to your account?
