Charge won't sync

I left my Fitbit Charge battery die back in July and I just charged it now but it won't sync to my phone again. I've tried turning on and off my phone and the Bluetooth. I've also tried force quitting the app. It keeps saying that it's "looking" but the symbol beside it is a battery with an "x" in the middle

When a battery dies, it's always a good idea to do a restart of the device. Have you tried that?

Welcome aboard to our Community @Viclavs@Odyssey13 is right whit the previous suggestion. You might need a restart in order to sync your tracker. 

 

Its been a few days since you posted this, and I wonder how it goes? Were you able to sync your tracker? I'm just giving follow up with you to make sure everything is working fine.
