Fitbit app for iPad and iphone

I'm trying to download the Fitbit app to my iPad but because I already have it on my iPhone I just need to get it from the cloud. But every time I go to open the app it has an error and says I'm not a user. Is there more than one app? Any advice?

A warm welcome to the Community @HeidiWild. I recommend doing the following to download the Fitbit app to your iPad:

1. Open the App Store.
2. In the top-right search field, type "Fitbit."
3. If you do not see the Fitbit app in your search results, please tap "iPad Only" in the top menu bar and then "iPhone Only" from the dropdown menu; the Fitbit app should appear.
4. Tap "FREE" then "INSTALL" to install the Fitbit app.
