I took my Fitbit off for a couple of days and when I put it back on the time was wrong. It won't sync with my phone and I've tried all the suggestions to put it right. This is a replacement as my original strap broke. I loved my Fitbit but I'm starting to get a bit annoyed with it now 😞

Welcome to the Community @Shazzyp1. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Regarding the syncing inconvenience, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot, after these steps your tracker should work properly. About the time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync your tracker one more time. To change the timezone do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Tap account
2. Tap Advanced Settings
3. Checked your timezone

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Wink
