Hello,
I had my blaze synced to my android, that is now busted. I bought an iPhone and downloaded the app, but my iphone can't find the blaze. I feel like I need to completely do to factory reset on the blaze to start fresh, but I can't figure out how to do this. A soft reset (holding all the buttons) isn't doing the trick.
How to I wipe this thing fresh or get my iPhone to locate the blaze?
Thanks,

Hello @ApplesandOrange, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
If your Blaze is not syncing correctly and you still have your old phone, it's possible the tracker is trying to sync with it and not your iPhone because it's still linked to it (your old phone). If you still have your old phone, please go to the Bluetooth settings on it and check if Blaze is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select "forget", "remove" or "delete" from here. Then turn off the phone, open the Fitbit app on your iPhone and try to sync again.
If this doesn't seem to work, let's try adding your tracker as a new device to establish a new connection between your iPhone and your Blaze:
Additionally, please make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere the setup process.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
