I’m having the same issue. It’s annoying/irritating. I think I have another call coming in and search to find my phone and I don’t.
I’m almost tempted to buy a Apple Watch and throw my Fitbit away!

I do hope this fix comes out soon as well @HariBarade and @ShaRica. I wish I truly had a timeframe to offer you both but I just don’t. I too am waiting on the fix so I do understand your frustration. When a fix does come it will be posted on that thread I provided in my first post. 😉

@SunsetRunner thanks for your help here!

@HariBarade and @ShaRica Our team is aware of an issue where during the call, an 'active call' notification is received and if you clear it, the call ends. We are working on a resolution. Thanks for your patience!

Called customer service again and got the same run around of the technical team is still working on it. It is getting rather annoying having my wrist vibrate constantly while on a phone call. I suspect I share the same feeling of wanting to chuck my fitbit into a blazing inferno and going off to a competitors product. This is infuriating.

I am also having this issue! So frustrating!

The above linked suggestions do not work.

I have loved my fitbit but I think its time to move on. Won't be getting another fitbit.

when is this being fixed?  It’s been months now. When I call people my watch vibrates until I hit a botton on my watch. When I answer calls it continues to vibrate until I hit a button. What’s taking so long?

Occaisionly this also happens with android phones

Are you still aware of this problem? Any plans to fix? It's almost 1 year since people are reporting it.

I cannot even put my Fitbit to charge and make calls because if vibrates like a lunatic even when I make calls. It's not annoying, it's frustrating for your board to vibrate or your arm to vibrate non-stop when you receive a short call or when you are trying to make a call.

Only reason why I keep this junk is because of it's battery life, but seriously, it's 2020 and 1 year passed and you guys still ignore this problem. If I will buy a new device, for sure it won't be a Fitbit.

The fact that you did nothing so far says a lot about how reliable your company is in terms of development. Please don't blame it on the pandemy, because you had plenty of time to fix this before.

@nvg777 who is the you that you are addressing?

Is it your fellow Fitbit users or a moderator, neither of who have anything to do with the development of products.

BTW this issue is not about the tracker model or the iOS Fitbit app, since it affected some with any model on Android and iOS.

For me this stopped many months ago.

Not responding to you per se Rich_Laue but wanted to addend to the conversation.  My blaze is quite old (but still going). However I have had this vibrating issue for a couple of years now and would be good to know if there is a simple fix (have not looked into depth whether it is a settings things but recall not finding it easily ages ago).  Doesn't matter if the call has finished or the phone cut off before it could be answered, it keeps vibrating for at least 8-10 rings.

No solution and no fix either from Fitbit Support.

They just don’t care...

hilarious... While I was writing this reply, I got a popup for Fitbit survey about service... you can imagine the score they will get!
