So I updated my iOS a couple of weeks ago and didn't notice any issues. In the past couple of days the app has been telling me there is an update for my blaze but it doesn't seem to install. It says it is loading and then it seems to complete but then still say there is an update available. It also stopped syncing with the app and the time has changed to something completely random. I have tried everything to get it to work. I started with resetting the tracker with no success. Then closed and reopened the app with no success. Then uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success. Then removed the blaze from the app and now can't get it to reconnect. I can find it with the app and enter the 4 digit code but then it gets stuck on the connection part. Have also tried removing from Bluetooth, and turning phone off and on again....Weirdly I still seem to be getting notifications to the tracker even though it doesn't appear in the app...is this an issue with the tracker or something that you guys know about?! Is there anything else I can do?

I have these exact same issues, too. In the last week or so, I also noticed that the Blaze has been wearing down its battery twice as fast. Assume the battery life issue has to do the Blaze constantly trying to connect with the iPhone. Did an update come out last week from Apple or Fitbit that caused the problem(s)? I have tried all the suggestions on the web site but none have worked.

I tried again to sync the Fitbit to my iPhone 6s Plus. After hours of trying to get it to sync, it finally synced and the update has installed, time is correct again. Are the Fitbit servers that busy?

@Rebeccac1979 @macox814. I was having the same problem. It appears to be relate to the iOS update to 10.2. If you are having trouble updating Blaze firmware (and trouble syncing) you will need to go to your bluetooth settings and "forget" the Blaze. More info on the Blaze forum here.
Once I "forgot" the Blaze in the iPhone's bluetooth settings, I tried to sync again and I got a message to pair the watch. Once repaired it synced immediately, and now appears to be intalling the firmware update.
Hope that helps!

Thanks everyone - glad it wasn't just me having issues! I charged it overnight and this morning the app found it and successfully paired! No idea why - I tried forgetting it in Bluetooth last night and still didn't seem to help. Who knows! Technology is a mystery to me!

Update to fitbit app was not updating. Re-installed app but now only geting to "Connecting to Fitbit......." After several attempts.
Reset Tracker
Rebooted phone
Anything else needed to be done to correct?....Losing a lot of steps here..

100% this worked for me. my Blaze has been out of sync displaying the wrong date and time for over a month & when i made the dumb decision to "remove" my Blaze from the app i couldn't get it to reconnect but after having my Bluetooth "forget" the Fitbit, it reconnected instantly just like you said. thank you so much!!

@jmm13 - glad that worked for you. Going to your phone's Bluetooth settings and "forgetting" your Blaze seems to be a key step in getting it to sync again if things get fouled up. A tip to remember
