My Blaze will not pair with my iPhone 6s. I had no problems with my Charge HR. Help?!?!

Hello @StacieBlaze, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Have you tried to restart your Blaze and your iPhone lately? Additionally, I would like to suggest turning the Bluetooth off for 15 seconds and then back on. Also, make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around (including your Charge HR) that might interfere with the setup process.

To restart your Blaze, press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.

I hope this can be helpful, feel free to reply in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Thank you for responding. I've done all of this several times. I even left my Bluetooth turned off overnight. Nothing. It still won't pair.

Hello @StacieBlaze, I hope you're doing well.

At this point I would like to suggest setting up your Blaze as a new device in your account to reset the connection between your devices. Don't worry, this won't delete any of the information stored in your account so far.

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

In case your Blaze is still not syncing afterwards or if it doesn't finish setting up, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.

Let me know the outcome!
