Blaze not receiving Notifications.

Hi, my Fitbit blaze has stopped notifying me when I get text messages & phone calls.

i have checked settings on blaze & iPhone and all appear to be correct si what else should I try?

If your Blaze is not receiving notifications and you have already checked that Notifications are enabled on your tracker and that the phone Settings are correct, my suggestion would be restarting Notifications directly from the Fitbit app.

 

To restart Notifications:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your Blaze is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Restart your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Blaze > Notifications and enable them once again.
