Hi @elainawilke & @keepthefaith7 and welcome to the Community!

I would recommend the following steps to get you trackers syncing:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iPhone.

3. Open you iOS settings on your iPhone > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Keep me posted if this helps you out!

My app keeps turning "all day sync" off and when I try to sync with my iPhone 6s Plus it takes forever. I don't have this issue on my iPad.

Chatted with Fitbit and fixed my issue. I had my iPad nearby and it was fighting with my phone to sync. I turned Bluetooth off on my iPad and my phone synced right up. Hope this helps others.

Thanks for sharing what you learned about the iPad and iPhone. I've been having a lot of problems with the syncing and I think it was because I had them both open and on.

@Mel68 @StacyBb It's possible that a Bluetooth bond (required for things like call, text, or calendar notifications) blocks your tracker from syncing to a second mobile device. This is a known Bluetooth limitation.

If you experience this, the steps mentioned here should help.

Blaze has issues syncing up with Iphone6s. Ita been over 3 days I am trying to restart, re-install and reboot the device. Nothing works. The app does not sync with Apple health as well. Please help.

I have had Blaze for about 3 months.  In the last several days,  the Blaze cannot complete a sync and restarts sync after a battery display appears.  This is strange given the watch is fully charged.  This is my second Fitbit product that has failed to deliver a quality experience.  I tried restarting both devices,  restarting Bluetooth after 10 seconds and even reinstalled the app to no avail.

Hello @Reanv and welcome, it's great to see new faces around the Community! Smiley Happy

There's currently an issue that's preventing the Blaze from syncing properly with iOS 10.2. It's still possible to sync your Blaze by removing the Bluetooth bond between your phone and your tracker. However, other functions (Connected GPS, Notifications, and Music Control) will not function because bond between tracker and mobile device has been removed.

To remove the bond go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, check if Blaze is on the list of paired devices, if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device

Thank you for your patience and understanding, keep me posted in case you need anything else!

By this are you saying that we will no longer see our text messages from phone on the blaze?

I followed your directions and now my iphone will not find the blaze at all.  I have turned on and off all products and now I have a blaze that is 5 hours behind that doesn't get texts.  Before I elected to have Iphone "forget this device" I was at least getting my texts with the wrong time.  Now i just have the wrong time.

Hello @Hallsie11 and @BlazeShiva09, it's great to have you on board, welcome!

We have currently released and update that should have taken care of the syncing issues affecting the Blaze. To start the update, open the Fitbit app and go to Account > Blaze, a pink arrow should indicate that a new update is available.

Please remember that the update might be still rolling out, so if you still don't have it available, you will soon. I hope this can be helpful, keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
