Blaze not syncing with app on latest iOS.

Ok so getting seriously frustrated with Fitbit not synching to the app. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to contact Fitbit over this. I’ve updated latest iOS on iPhone 8plus. Turned on and off Bluetooth, restarted I phone. Removed blaze from device numerous times. Restarted blaze numerous times.  Logged out of app numerous times. All data is recording on blaze but not going to the app. Not tracking sleep, steps per hr, Ecxercise. Has anyone else got any suggestions?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and have let me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment I would like to ask you to try the following in case you're still having syncing issues:

 

  1. Uninstall the Fitbit app.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Install the app back again.
  4. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around
  5. Start a sync. If the Blaze does not start syncing, pull down the screen to force a sync.
