Hello,

I cannot download the Fitbit app from the App Store. Any suggestions?

I appreciate your participation and for reporting this to us. Tell me, are you receiving an error message when trying to download the app? If so, please reply to me with a screenshot of the error message so I can check this further. In the meantime, restart your phone, open the App Store and search for Fitbit. Then try to download the app again.
