Blaze not syncing with iPhone 6

I just bought my blaze 2 days ago. Worked fine yesterday and this morning. Then today all of a sudden the dashboard will not go to anything but 1 screen and it won't sync with my phone.

Hello @Michsmiley, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

 

This seems like a very odd situation, have you restarted your Blaze lately by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? Then try to sync your tracker and it's still unable to sync tap on the Account tab and check if Blaze is listed under your name. If it's there my suggestion would be checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven very helpful for many members in the Community.

 

If the tracker is not listed, let's try to set it up again as a new device. Don't worry, the information already stored in your account won't get deleted. 

 

To set up your Blaze as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When (or if) the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
