Hi.
After being able to sync my blaze easily (with occasionally restarting it once or twice) with my phone, now it will not sync at all. An error message appears on the app each time that ‘Blaze isn’t syncing because your iPhones Bluetooth is turned off’ even when my phones Bluetooth is on.
i have tried all suggested techniques e.g turning my phone off, re-pairing with my watch and restarting my watch, deleting the app etc, still to no avail.
Help would be greatly apreciated!!

Thank Gawd I'm not the only one! I've been trying to sync for the last 2 weeks, knowing the memory is only for 30 days. I don't wish to lose any stats, but I've tried everything other than erasing everything & starting from scratch, which I don't wish to do. Any NEW suggestions (other than the old previous ones that don't work) would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, so I tried a few things last night and this worked for me.
I think this problems we are experiencing is due to the iOS update recently. When you turn on/off your Bluetooth from the control center, it actually doesn't turn it off but just cuts the connections with existing connected devices. When your Blaze isn't syncing, try cutting the connection from the control center (swipe up), then going into settings > Bluetooth and then manually connecting your Blaze.
After that, it should sync properly. Hope this works for you all.
