Blaze screen frozen

I have had my Blaze barely a week.  I did last night update my iPhone.  Today it was working fine.  Tonight it is frozen on the clock page.  I can't get it to swipe, change "pages" or anything,   I tried the reset several times tonight (left button with lower right button for approx 15 seconds). Nothing is working.

It's great to see you participating in our Community @CarCar5. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is frozen, I recommend restarting it a couple of times more. If this procedure definitely doesn't work, feel free to get in touch with our support team, for a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

I wore it till it completely ran out of charge.  Then charged it.  I uninstalled app then got it all back syncing.  Now after charging it, it seems fine.  Plus resyncing and everything.  It seems to be working fine now.

I have noticed you keep giving the same advice "restart the device" that is impossible if it is frozen.
