I have had my Blaze barely a week. I did last night update my iPhone. Today it was working fine. Tonight it is frozen on the clock page. I can't get it to swipe, change "pages" or anything, I tried the reset several times tonight (left button with lower right button for approx 15 seconds). Nothing is working.

It's great to see you participating in our Community @CarCar5. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is frozen, I recommend restarting it a couple of times more. I wore it till it completely ran out of charge. Then charged it. I uninstalled app then got it all back syncing. Now after charging it, it seems fine. Plus resyncing and everything. It seems to be working fine now.
Best AnswerI have noticed you keep giving the same advice "restart the device" that is impossible if it is frozen.
