Ever since getting my Iphone 11 the Fitbit Blaze is not recognized under my devices for blue tooth settings. I have done resets on the Blaze and it worked for just a little while. Now it doesnt work any longer...I have turned off the blue tooth on my phone and restarted the phone but it still does not work. very frustrating. I am able to sync the Fitbit on my computer but not the phone.
This is definitely annoying that this is happening. Please provide a fix for this.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Hiflyer5
Thank you for coming to the community with your question. I hope I can help. I see you have an issue with syncing most likely due to the most recent iOS update. I understand that you have tried restarting your Blaze, turning your Bluetooth on and off again as well as restarting your iPhone. I have seen good results with individuals who have uninstalled the Fitbit App then reinstalling it. My theory is that the Newest iOS update doesn’t work well with the app if it existed before the update and installing it after it seems to happier that way. It’s worth a shot and doing this does not cause you to lose your data.
Here’s how:
1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up
2. uninstall the Fitbit App from your device
3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device
4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store
5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password
6. don’t touch anything in the app...just wait until you get a prompt from your Bluetooth.
7. When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes
8. now try to sync
😃 please let me know if this resolves your syncing issue. If this does indeed resolve your issue then could you please tap the “choose as best answer” box just under my post. It really helps others who come to this community looking for answers to questions similar to your own. I’d really appreciate it!

Hello and welcome @chezmacre
Im sorry to see your having syncing issues. Currently this is a known issue being experienced by some individuals but let’s try a few things to see if that doesn’t get you back up and running again:
Please first check here to insure that your IOS Device is compatible with the new Fitbit App:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315
If your are indeed compatible with the new Fitbit App there are a few things we can try to get you syncing again. Let’s try restarting your Fitbit Blaze: Heres how:

If your still experiencing issues try turning your Blaze off then on again: Here’s how:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1257
If your still experiencing syncing issues I would suggest force shut the App and restart. Here’s how:
Turn off your Bluetooth
log out of the Fitbit App
completely shut down your device, wait 1-2 mins then restart your device
once your device fully loads enable your Bluetooth again
now log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password
now sync your device
Lastly please check your iOS settings if this problem persist and try this:
😃 Hopefully these suggestions resolve your syncing issue. Please let me know

I had the same issue when I just switched to the 11! First I turned the Bluetooth on my Blaze to “pair”. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, went to my profile in the app, and turned on all day sync. As soon as that switched, there was a thing that popped up saying a Bluetooth connection is required. I hit okay and they synced automatically!

This didn’t resolve my issue with my new iPhone 11 discovering my Fitbit so it can connect to Bluetooth. Any other suggestions. I’ve reinstall, shutdown already .....
