Since the new iPhone update my blaze will not sync any text messages!!! I have tried all the suggestion on the help page. It will sync phone calls, battery life and calendar alerts but NOT text messages. Every notification in the messages app is turned on, over restarted my phone and Fitbit blaze several times and it’s always the same thing! Very frustrating!

As you may be aware notifications are currently a known issue. All information about the notifications issues can be found here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... if you haven’t already I would suggest visiting this thread to find tips, possible workarounds and any updated information. Be sure to view page one of the thread to view instructions that may assist you given by a Fitbit Moderator. Any and all information can be found there. I’m sorry I can’t be any more help then that.

I have done everything that has been suggested...multiply times and it still does not work!

Im sorry the steps in the thread did not work. As I said this is currently a known issue. I have no timeframe when the Fitbit Team will have a fix but hopefully they will so. I’m sorry I couldn’t help more.
