Lately when I try and save my blood glucose levels, sometimes it does not save. As a diabetic , I need to keep track of levels. I am experiencing this issue that I save my levels it does not show up right away, sometimes it does not save or show up till next day. When I try and save it for day before does not . Any work around or plans fix these issues?

Hello @Zbel and welcome to the Community.  You are describing an issue with the Fitbit app.  Do you use Android or iPhone?  Most of the time, an issue like this is specific to one platform, not both.

@Zbel Welcome on board. @LZeeW Thanks for stopping by to help our new member.

@Zbel I've moved your posts to the iOS App board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details provided. I understand how important this data is for you and because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if you're still having this issue? Does this happen when connected to WiFi? Or does the same happen even when using mobile data?

If you haven't done so, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  4. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Log your blood glucose levels one more time with the steps described here.
