Hello,
Here is my trouble with Charge 2.
I have a Bluetooth headphone that I rely on every day most of the time. It was working perfectly until I got Charge 2 recently. The voice quality sometimes decreased significantly and the phone call (iPhone SE) streamed to the headphone randomly dropped out. Finally, I figured out that the tracker is sometimes competing Bluetooth bandwidth with the headphone. I tried several solutions:
1. Disconnect the tracker from my phone (when I don't need the data syn). Failed: the tracker automatically connects to my phone unless I forget the tracker in the Fitbit app.
2. Turn off the tracker. Failed: the tracker has no power-off function.
So is it possible to let Fitbit know the issue that they can add at least the power-off function? Or make an option that the tracker will only make Bluetooth connection when the app is open?
Thanks.

Of course the app will automatically pair the tracker, that is the job of the app, and cannot be paired any other way.
By turning the notifacations off, it wiil release the bond between the tracker and the phone.

Hello @GunnerOwen, welcome to the Fitbit Community!
As @Rich_Laue mentioned, by turning Notifications off temporarily, the bond between the tracker and the phone will not interfere with your other Bluetooth devices. To remove it, go to Settings > Bluetooth on your phone and check if "Charge 2" is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
