The charge 2 will not remain connected to Bluetooth long enough to connect to my iPhone. I've restarted it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Turned the Bluetooth off and on and restarted the iphone. And I've tried 2 different phones. Any ideas?

Pick one of the phones you have tried, turn BY off on the others.
The phone you choose remove the tracker from the BT settings.
Restart the phone.. I don't understand the stay connected long enough.
At what step does it fail?

I do only have one phone's BT turned on at a time. It fails at the step after entering the four-digit code. The connection to BT comes and goes.

My charge 2 is the same. I have reset, logged out, updated software on both the phone and the teacher, uninstalled the app and downloaded again, on and on. I can't get any notifications anymore. I'm so done. Calling to see if I can get a refund tomorrow and buying an apple watch instead. It's useless to me like this.

Same problem. I'm hoping a full charge will help on the fit bit.

Yes, the full charge seemed to " do something". Connected and just got me first 5000 steps badge.
