When I try to sync my Charge HR on my iPad, I get message that I need to turn on Bluetooth - when I check settings it shows that Bluetooth is on and Fitbit device is connected.

I have tried all the solutions shown on YouTube, but nothing works.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello @lkdubb

Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I see your having syncing issues. I hope I can help. Let’s try first turning your Bluetooth off then back on again and see if that resolves your issue. If that doesn’t work then let’s try force shutting the Fitbit App and restarting your iPad.
here’s how:

log out of your Fitbit app

now take your finger and touch the bottom of your screen and drag it to the middle of your screen

now let go of your finger and you will see a small version of the Fitbit app

now take your finger tip and swipe that small version of the Fitbit app up to make it disappear

next shutdown your iPad completely and wait 1-2 mins

now restart your iPad and log back into your Fitbit App as usual with your email address and password

😃 please let me know if this provides you with the best answer to your Bluetooth issue. Keep me posted

As a last resort, I removed my device from my computer and then reloaded it as a new device.

For whatever reason, that solved my problem.

But I still wonder what caused my initial problem of not connecting with bluetooth.

Oh well, it is working for now.

Thanks for your suggestions - I will try them if I have the problem again.
