a while ago i wrote that i was constantly getting the message "Lost Bluetooth Pairing" even though bluetooth is working fine. i wrote, someone acknowledged, but no fix. just an annoyance. but now, for some time, every day when i wake up, i get "no device found". i've tried various solutions, but the "fix" is to reboot the fitbit from settings. then it works, and i get the Lost Bluetooth Pairing message again. the charge 4 mainly works, but this should not be happening. any fixes out there?
i should note that i bought two charge 4s as soon as they became available (preordered) but never updated my husband's and he does not have these problems. mine has the first update.

Hi there,
Thank you for replying. I just updated the app, but I still get the message - Bluteooth Pairing Failed - even though it works perfectly well. Something new has happened since I submitted this problem. Usually after I sleep, the first time I try to sync with the app, it can’t find the device at all - the message is looking for device, and eventually, no device found. I reboot the fitbit, and then i get the bluetooth pairing failed message after a while and i know it is working again.
best,
susan

Hello,
I have a similar problem of constant and random (lack of) pairing and syncronisation. I have tried all the solutions proposed in the community and elsewhere (e.g. turn off and on bluetooth; reset Charge 4 devide; "forget" Charge 4 device and then set it up as new device; etc.) and the app is up-to-date, but nothing works. At some point, the device will pair and syncronise, but most of the time it does not.
This problem started as of when I got my Charge 4 device, in replacement of a Charge 2 device which never had this problem.
The exchange here dates from the month of May. We are now in September. Has a solution been found to this extremely annoying problem of pairing/syncronisation?
