I’m not entirely clear on which Fitbit Tracker you have. Can you please clarify...
In the meantime a lot of syncing issues can be resolved by restarting your Fitbit Tracker. Look here to see how to properly perform a restart. (You will not lose data doing this): https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186
