I bought a fitbit charge hr for xmas. I paired it with her iphone, and it seemed to work. Now it has lost bluetooth connection with her iphone 5s with ios 9.2. I've rebooted phone. I've restarted fitbit. No connection. What now?

Hey hey hey @David1945 welcome to our Community! How you're doing today? Man Very HappyThanks for restarting the tracker and the iOS device. I'd suggest the following:

1. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

2. Toggle All Day Sync on by: clicking the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > click on your tracker tile at the top > and then toggle All-Day Sync on.

After doing the above, please follow the steps provided at I can't sync my tracker.

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes! Woman Very Happy
